“THE vendors have done a great job, there is a fantastic buzz here,” said Adrian Todd, MD of CTS, ahead of the 2017 Cape Premier Yearling Sale that starts at the Cape Town International Convention Centre at 1730 on Saturday.

The CPYS catalogue lists eighteen yearlings by  stallions not standing in South Africa, including the much talked-about four by Frankel, 10 by Rock of Gibraltar and a strong local representation featuring 19 yearlings by Silvano, 11 by Dynasty, 14 by SA champ, Trippi, along with a handful by new stallions Jackson and Pomodoro.

“CPYS is a truly international sale now and it’s just getting better and better. We have our strongest ever international bench this year. We can’t wait for the sale to start!” concluded Todd.
