Klawervlei Stud will be selling a number of lots as agent, at Friday’s CTS Ready To Run Sale, and the farm’s John Koster singled out a pair that has impressed him greatly.

Lot 52 is an unnamed filly by Coup De Grace, the fourth foal of La Rosita (Fasliyev). She’s already produced the three time winner Flash Fire and Koster believes this is the one that will put the mare on the map.

“This filly has a great shape and she’s fast, I think she will be a big contender for the 250k Maidens, she is really impressive, she’s already been through the pens,” Koster said.

Another potential star purchase is a flashy, unnamed chestnut colt by Zoffany, imported in utero, his dam is Sing For Me, by Gallileo, a full-sister to European graded winner Quest For Peace, and this is her first foal.

“He’s a very neat, athletic and tidy colt,” Koster said.
